As a Sales Executive, you will leverage your expertise in B2B sales, technical product knowledge, and relationship-building to expand the company’s footprint in the metalworking, machining, and manufacturing sectors. Responsibility

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets in assigned regions (Central Java, East Java, Bali).
  • Identify and engage potential clients in manufacturing, metalworking, and machining industries.
  • Conduct product demonstrations (virtual/on-site) and provide technical consultations on cutting tool applications.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers, distributors, and end-users.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and contracts tailored to client needs.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales approaches.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with promotional campaigns.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular sales reports to management.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in industrial tools, machinery, or manufacturing supplies.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a remote or field-based role.
  • Strong technical knowledge of cutting tools, machining processes, or related industrial products.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), and virtual meeting tools.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings or industry events (if required).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field is a plus.
