Responsibility
- Identify, qualify, and engage potential clients through outbound prospecting, cold calling, and digital outreach to generate high-quality leads.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to acquire new clients and expand market reach in target industries.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers to understand their business needs and propose tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create compelling sales materials, presentations, and proposals.
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring alignment with company goals and client expectations.
- Track and report sales performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to optimize strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities to refine sales approaches.
- Represent Social Surety at virtual events, webinars, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (3+ years) in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in a remote or tech-driven environment.
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and revenue goals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English (written and verbal).
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
- Experience using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and sales automation platforms.
- Familiarity with digital sales techniques, including LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and virtual meetings.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
