Responsibility
- Manage and organize sales documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards.
- Coordinate follow-ups with clients and sales representatives to facilitate smooth transactions.
- Support the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring all necessary paperwork and procedures are completed.
- Maintain and update sales records and databases to reflect current client information.
- Assist in preparing sales reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of sales-related materials and information.
- Handle client inquiries and provide administrative support to the sales team as needed.
- Monitor and track sales activities to identify areas for improvement and efficiency.
Qualifications
