Responsibility
- Manage reservations and bookings for short-term rental properties.
- Coordinate guest check-ins, check-outs, and special requests.
- Ensure properties are well-maintained and meet quality standards.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Update property listings and manage availability calendars.
- Collaborate with cleaning and maintenance teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor guest reviews and implement improvements based on feedback.
- Assist in marketing efforts to attract new guests and maximize occupancy.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in property management, hospitality, or reservations.
