Responsibility
- Oversee daily hospitality and facilities operations to ensure compliance with healthcare and luxury service standards.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team to deliver exceptional service and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and stakeholders to align hospitality services with patient care objectives.
- Implement and monitor service improvement initiatives to enhance guest and patient experiences.
- Manage vendor relationships, procurement, and budgeting for facilities maintenance and hospitality supplies.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to safety, hygiene, and quality control protocols.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to optimize resource allocation and service delivery.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for resolving escalated service or operational issues.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in hospitality or facilities management, preferably in a healthcare or luxury resort setting.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire diverse teams.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare compliance standards and luxury service protocols.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficiency in budgeting, vendor negotiations, and operational planning.
- Familiarity with Bali’s hospitality landscape and cultural sensitivity to local and international guests.
- Certifications in hospitality management (e.g., AHLEI) or healthcare facilities are a plus.
