Responsibility
- Conduct 100+ outbound cold calls daily to property owners, investors, and leads to identify off-market real estate opportunities.
- Research and qualify leads using CRM tools and proprietary databases to ensure high-quality prospecting.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, investors, and industry contacts to expand our network.
- Present BruntWorkâs acquisition offers clearly and persuasively, addressing objections and negotiating terms.
- Collaborate with the acquisitions team to prioritize leads, track progress, and meet monthly targets.
- Document all call interactions, lead details, and follow-up actions in our CRM system for transparency and efficiency.
- Stay updated on local real estate market trends, property values, and investment opportunities in Bali and surrounding regions.
- Participate in weekly team meetings to share insights, challenges, and strategies for improving lead conversion rates.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in cold calling, sales, or real estate (minimum 1 year preferred).
- Exceptional communication skills in English, with the ability to engage and persuade prospects over the phone.
- Self-motivated and disciplined, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Comfortable with high call volumes (100+ calls per day) and able to handle rejection with resilience.
- Basic understanding of real estate principles, property valuation, or investment strategies is a plus.
- Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace to ensure professional call quality.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends, to accommodate lead availability.
