This role offers a unique opportunity to manage high-end residential and commercial buildings in some of the most sought-after locations in Bali, including Canggu, Ubud, and Denpasar.
As a Building Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our properties, maintaining high standards of service, and enhancing the value of our real estate assets. You will work closely with tenants, contractors, and property owners to create a safe, efficient, and welcoming environment.

Responsibility
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of residential and commercial buildings.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and safety standards.
- Coordinate maintenance and repair activities with contractors and service providers.
- Manage tenant relations, including lease agreements, complaints, and inquiries.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve building operations.
- Monitor and control operational budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify and address issues.
- Collaborate with property owners and stakeholders to enhance property value.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Property Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in building or property management.
- Strong knowledge of local property laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in property management software and tools.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
