Responsibility
- Identify and engage potential clients (local and international) to generate property sales leads.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on Bali’s real estate trends, pricing, and competitor activity.
- Present property listings to clients, highlighting key features, investment potential, and value propositions.
- Negotiate deals, prepare contracts, and ensure smooth transactions from inquiry to closing.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, investors, and industry partners.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while maximizing commission earnings.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling property listings and promotional materials.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in sales, business development, or real estate (preferred but not required).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and a hunger for success.
- Familiarity with Bali’s property market is a plus, but training will be provided.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional appearance and demeanor with a client-focused approach.
- Fluency in English (additional languages, e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin, are a bonus).
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel across Bali’s key locations.
