Responsibility

  • Manage day-to-day operations of residential rental properties, including tenant communications, lease administration, and property maintenance coordination.
  • Oversee rent collection, invoicing, and financial transactions to ensure accuracy and timeliness, leveraging accounting software and tools.
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow projections for property portfolios.
  • Monitor property expenses, budgets, and variances, providing recommendations to optimize financial performance and cost efficiency.
  • Collaborate with property owners, tenants, and vendors to resolve issues, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with local regulations.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of property-related documents, including leases, contracts, and compliance certificates.
  • Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and financial models to support strategic planning and investment decisions.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes affecting property management and finance.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in property management, real estate administration, or a related field, with a strong background in finance or accounting.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills, with a keen eye for detail.
