Responsibility
- Oversee all accounting and finance operations, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll.
- Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with GAAP/IFRS.
- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial models to support business decision-making.
- Ensure tax compliance and coordinate with external auditors for annual audits.
- Implement and maintain internal controls and financial policies to mitigate risks.
- Analyze cost structures and financial performance to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial strategies with business objectives.
- Lead and mentor the finance team to ensure high performance and accuracy in financial reporting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA/CMA/ACCA certification is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in finance/accounting, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Proven experience in the manufacturing industry is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, and local tax regulations in Indonesia.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage.
