Responsibility

  • Manage a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention through proactive engagement.
  • Drive sales growth by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and developing strategic account plans.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports, including revenue forecasts, expense analysis, and performance metrics.
  • Oversee invoicing processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, finance, and operations) to streamline account management workflows.
  • Resolve client inquiries and concerns promptly, maintaining strong relationships and trust.
  • Monitor account receivables and follow up on overdue payments to minimize financial risks.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscapes to provide strategic insights to clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in account management, sales, or client services, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Proficiency in financial software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
