Responsibility
- Manage a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention through proactive engagement.
- Drive sales growth by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and developing strategic account plans.
- Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports, including revenue forecasts, expense analysis, and performance metrics.
- Oversee invoicing processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, finance, and operations) to streamline account management workflows.
- Resolve client inquiries and concerns promptly, maintaining strong relationships and trust.
- Monitor account receivables and follow up on overdue payments to minimize financial risks.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscapes to provide strategic insights to clients and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in account management, sales, or client services, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Proficiency in financial software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and internal teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to interpret financial data and make data-driven decisions.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are a plus.
