Responsibility
- Lead and manage the finance, accounting, and tax departments to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and procedures to optimize financial performance.
- Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with local and international standards.
- Ensure timely and accurate tax filings, including corporate income tax, VAT, and other regulatory requirements.
- Manage cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting to support business growth and operational efficiency.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax authorities, and financial institutions to maintain compliance and strong relationships.
- Provide financial analysis and insights to senior management to support strategic decision-making.
- Mentor and develop finance team members to enhance their skills and career growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or a related field.
- Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CA, or equivalent) is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in finance, accounting, or taxation, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws, financial regulations, and accounting standards.
- Proficient in financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in a multinational or fast-growing company is a plus.
