Responsibility
- Lead and supervise the accounting, tax, and finance teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with Indonesian GAAP and tax regulations.
- Develop and implement tax planning strategies to minimize liabilities and ensure full compliance with local tax laws.
- Manage cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting to support strategic decision-making for real estate projects.
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and government agencies for audits, filings, and inspections.
- Streamline financial processes and systems to improve efficiency and accuracy in financial data management.
- Provide financial analysis and insights to senior management to support investment and development decisions.
- Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping for all financial transactions and tax-related matters.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Taxation; a master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CA, Brevet A/B/C) is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting, taxation, or finance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian tax laws, GAAP, and financial reporting standards.
- Proven experience in real estate, property development, or construction finance is highly preferred.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; ability to prepare reports in both languages.
