Responsibility
- Conduct outbound calls, emails, or chat interactions to engage potential clients and generate leads.
- Present and promote products/services to customers, highlighting key benefits and value propositions.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups in CRM systems.
- Provide exceptional post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with campaigns and promotions.
- Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitive offerings.
- Participate in virtual team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and performance.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related field (remote experience is a plus).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities to close deals effectively.
- Self-disciplined and able to manage time efficiently in a remote work setting.
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and virtual communication platforms (e.g., Zoom, Slack).
