Responsibility

  • Research and identify potential leads through various channels, including LinkedIn, email campaigns, and industry databases.
  • Develop and execute targeted outreach strategies to engage prospects and generate high-quality leads for US-based clients.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to qualify leads and ensure a smooth handoff for conversion.
  • Maintain accurate records of lead interactions, follow-ups, and conversion metrics using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Analyze lead generation performance and provide insights to optimize campaigns and improve ROI.
  • Craft compelling email templates, cold call scripts, and social media messages to maximize engagement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices in lead generation.
  • Participate in weekly team meetings to align on goals, share progress, and brainstorm new strategies.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in lead generation, sales, or business development, preferably in a B2B or SaaS environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to craft persuasive and professional messages.
