Responsibility
- Contact potential clients via phone, email, or virtual meetings to discuss insurance needs.
- Present and explain insurance policies, coverage options, and benefits clearly.
- Assist clients in selecting plans that best fit their financial and protection goals.
- Process applications, policy renewals, and claims efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and policy details.
- Follow up with leads and existing customers to nurture relationships.
- Stay updated on industry trends, product changes, and regulatory requirements.
- Achieve monthly sales targets while providing exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; higher education is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer literacy (email, spreadsheets, CRM tools).
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
