Responsibility
- Contact potential clients via phone, email, or virtual meetings to discuss insurance needs
- Present and explain insurance policies, coverage options, and benefits clearly
- Assist clients in selecting the best insurance plans based on their requirements
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and policy details
- Follow up with leads and existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics
- Stay updated on industry trends, product changes, and regulatory updates
- Collaborate with the team to improve sales strategies and customer service
Qualifications
- No prior insurance experience required—full training provided
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with virtual communication tools
- High school diploma or equivalent (higher education is a plus)
- Sales or customer service experience is an advantage but not mandatory
