- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, policy details, and follow-up actions in CRM systems.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team performance metrics.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, product updates, and regulatory changes to deliver informed advice.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to refine sales strategies and improve conversion rates.
