Responsibility
- Contact and engage with potential clients via phone, email, or digital platforms to discuss insurance needs.
- Educate clients on various insurance products, including life, health, and property coverage.
- Assess client requirements and recommend tailored insurance solutions.
- Process applications, policy renewals, and claims with accuracy and efficiency.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Follow up with leads and existing clients to ensure satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities.
- Stay updated on industry trends, product updates, and regulatory changes.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team performance goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (higher education is a plus).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service abilities.
