Responsibility
- Contact and engage with potential clients via phone, email, or social media to discuss insurance solutions.
- Educate clients on various insurance products (life, health, property) and tailor recommendations to their needs.
- Assist clients in completing applications, underwriting processes, and policy documentation.
- Follow up with leads and existing clients to maintain relationships and identify upsell opportunities.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
- Stay updated on industry trends, product updates, and regulatory changes.
- Document all client interactions and sales activities in the company’s CRM system.
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (fluent in English).
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and a passion for sales.
- Basic computer literacy (email, spreadsheets, CRM tools).
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace in Bali.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to obtain necessary insurance licenses (training provided).
- Prior experience in sales, customer service, or finance is a plus but not required.
- Residence in or legal right to work in Bali (for local compliance).
