Responsibility
- Contact and engage with pre-qualified leads to discuss insurance products and solutions.
- Educate clients on policy options, benefits, and coverage details in a clear and professional manner.
- Assess client needs and recommend tailored insurance plans (life, health, or general).
- Complete applications, process documentation, and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Follow up with clients to address questions, provide updates, and close sales.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, product changes, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with the team to share best practices and improve conversion rates.
Qualifications
- No prior insurance experience needed—full training provided.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (fluent English required).
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and ability to work independently.
- Basic computer literacy (email, spreadsheets, CRM tools).
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for client calls.
