Responsibility
- Business Development: Originate and pursue cross-border project opportunities, expanding PERSOL’s market presence in Central and Southeast Asia.
- Sales Cycle Management: Lead the full sales process, from prospecting and client engagement to deal structuring and contract execution.
- Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including corporate clients, traders, and partners.
- Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, competitive landscapes, and high-potential opportunities.
- Revenue Growth: Develop and implement strategies to meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (legal, finance, operations) to ensure smooth deal execution and compliance.
- Reporting & Forecasting: Prepare regular performance reports, sales forecasts, and strategic recommendations for senior management.
- Negotiation & Closing: Lead high-stakes negotiations to secure favorable terms and close complex deals.
Qualifications
- Proven Experience: Minimum 7+ years in sales, trading, or business development, with a focus on regional or cross-border markets.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of trading dynamics, supply chain logistics, or related sectors (e.g., commodities, finance, or industrial sales).
- Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to manage teams, mentor junior staff, and drive collaborative success.
- Negotiation Expertise: Strong track record in high-value deal negotiations and contract management.
- Analytical Mindset: Proficiency in data analysis, financial modeling, and market forecasting tools.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English skills, with the ability to engage C-level executives and diverse stakeholders.
- Mobility: Willingness to travel frequently across the region (Central/Southeast Asia) as required.
