Responsibility
- Conduct outbound and inbound calls to engage potential clients and assess their insurance needs.
- Provide personalized insurance consultations and recommend suitable policies (life, health, or general insurance).
- Educate clients on policy benefits, terms, and coverage options in a clear and professional manner.
- Assist clients with application processes, documentation, and policy renewals.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the company’s CRM system.
- Stay updated on industry trends, product updates, and regulatory changes.
- Collaborate with the team to share best practices and improve sales strategies.
Qualifications
- No prior insurance experience required—full training provided.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (fluent in English).
- Strong sales or customer service orientation (retail, hospitality, or telesales background is a plus).
- Self-disciplined with time management skills to work independently in a remote setting.
- Basic computer literacy (proficient in email, spreadsheets, and CRM tools).
