Responsibility
- Contact and engage with potential clients via phone, email, or digital platforms to discuss insurance needs.
- Educate clients on various insurance products (life, health, property) and recommend tailored solutions.
- Assist clients in completing applications, submitting documentation, and finalizing policies.
- Follow up with leads and existing clients to maintain relationships and identify upsell opportunities.
- Meet or exceed weekly/monthly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, product changes, and compliance regulations.
- Collaborate with the team to share best practices and improve sales strategies.
- Document all client interactions and transactions accurately in the company’s CRM system.
Qualifications
- No prior insurance or sales experience required—full training provided.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Basic proficiency in using computers, smartphones, and digital tools (e.g., Zoom, email, CRM software).
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for helping others.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for client calls.
- Availability to commit to 15–20 hours per week (flexible scheduling).
- Residents of Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.) or legally authorized to work remotely in Indonesia.
