Responsibility
- Engage with potential clients via phone, email, or video calls to explain insurance products and services.
- Assess client needs and recommend suitable insurance plans (e.g., life, health, or property insurance).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and retention.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets through proactive outreach and follow-ups.
- Collaborate with the team to share best practices and improve sales strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends, product offerings, and regulatory changes.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities using CRM tools.
- Provide exceptional customer service to resolve inquiries and concerns promptly.
Qualifications
- No prior experience in insurance or sales required – full training provided.
- Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to work and problem-solving.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with tools like Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or CRM software.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for remote work.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a flexible schedule.

- Residency in Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung) is a plus.
