Responsibility
- Conduct virtual consultations with clients to assess their insurance needs and recommend suitable policies.
- Explain insurance products, coverage options, and benefits clearly and professionally.
- Follow up with leads and existing clients to provide updates, answer questions, and close sales.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, policy details, and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team performance goals.
- Stay updated on industry trends, product changes, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with the team to share best practices and improve sales strategies.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications
