Responsibility
- Contact potential clients via phone, email, or chat to discuss insurance needs
- Explain policy options and help clients choose the best coverage
- Process applications and assist with policy renewals
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales
- Follow up with leads to close sales and ensure customer satisfaction
- Stay updated on insurance products and industry trends
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
Qualifications
