Responsibility
- Engage with potential clients via phone, email, or virtual meetings to discuss insurance solutions.
- Educate clients on the benefits of life, health, and investment-linked insurance products.
- Conduct needs-based assessments to recommend tailored insurance plans.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and policy details in our CRM system.
- Achieve monthly sales targets while providing exceptional customer service.
- Participate in virtual training sessions and team meetings to enhance product knowledge.
- Leverage digital tools and social media to expand your client network.

Qualifications
- No prior insurance experience required—full training provided.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English proficiency is a plus).
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
- Basic computer literacy (ability to use email, CRM, and virtual meeting tools).
- Residing in Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung).
- Willingness to obtain necessary licensing (sponsored by Pru Life UK).
- Ability to commit at least 2 hours daily to client engagements.
