Responsibility
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients in the US market.
- Present and promote Ecube Labs' products/services effectively.
- Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems.
- Follow up with leads and nurture long-term client relationships.
- Collaborate with the sales team to refine strategies and improve conversion rates.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitive offerings.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or customer service.
- Excellent English communication and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work US business hours (09:00-17:00 CT) remotely.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with a results-driven mindset.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
