Responsibility
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and promote products/services.
- Follow scripts and guidelines to ensure consistent and professional communication.
- Document all call interactions, outcomes, and follow-up actions in the CRM system.
- Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call volume and conversion targets.
- Handle customer inquiries and objections with a positive and solution-oriented approach.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine outbound strategies.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to enhance call effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in outbound calling, telemarketing, or customer service roles.
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Familiarity with CRM software and call tracking tools is a plus.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and the ability to work independently.
