Responsibility
- Conduct one-on-one online classes for kindergarten and early elementary students using provided digital platforms.
- Develop and deliver age-appropriate lesson plans aligned with early childhood education standards.
- Assess student progress through interactive activities, quizzes, and feedback to parents/guardians.
- Maintain a positive, patient, and engaging teaching style to keep young learners motivated.
- Collaborate with the Edge Tutor team to adapt curriculum materials for individual student needs.
- Ensure punctuality and reliability for all scheduled classes to uphold stable bookings.
- Utilize multimedia tools (videos, games, songs) to enhance the learning experience.
- Provide detailed session reports and communicate progress to stakeholders as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Early Childhood Development, or a related field (or equivalent teaching experience).
- Minimum 1 year of teaching experience, preferably with young learners (ages 3–8).
- Fluent English proficiency with clear pronunciation and neutral accent.
- Strong classroom management skills and ability to engage children in a virtual setting.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional workspace in Bali.
- Familiarity with online teaching tools (e.g., Zoom, Google Classroom, or proprietary platforms).
