Responsibility
- Conduct one-on-one or group English lessons via our online platform for students of varying proficiency levels.
- Develop and adapt lesson plans tailored to individual student needs, using provided curriculum and supplementary materials.
- Assess student progress through quizzes, conversations, and feedback, and adjust teaching methods accordingly.
- Maintain a professional, engaging, and patient demeanor to create a positive learning environment.
- Utilize digital teaching tools (e.g., whiteboards, chat functions, multimedia) to enhance lesson interactivity.
- Provide detailed session reports and track student development for parent/guardian updates.
- Participate in training sessions and team meetings to refine teaching skills and stay updated on best practices.
- Adhere to schedule commitments and ensure punctuality for all booked classes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any field (Education, Linguistics, or English preferred but not required).
- TEFL, TESOL, or CELTA certification (or willingness to obtain one).
- Minimum 1 year of teaching experience (online or offline); fresh graduates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Native or near-native English proficiency with clear pronunciation and neutral accent.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, professional workspace in Bali.
- Tech-savvy with basic knowledge of video conferencing tools (e.g., Zoom, Skype) and digital classrooms.
- Excellent interpersonal and time-management skills to handle diverse student needs.
