Responsibility
- Develop and deliver age-appropriate lesson plans aligned with early childhood education standards.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment for young learners.
- Foster social, emotional, and cognitive development through interactive activities.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the learning experience and curriculum.
- Organize and participate in school events, field trips, and extracurricular activities.
- Maintain open communication with parents to support student growth and development.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and educational regulations.
Qualifications
- Minimum Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U qualification in any field.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia or Mandarin is a plus.
- Previous experience in early childhood education or a related field is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with children and parents.
- Creative, patient, and passionate about teaching young learners.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Basic computer skills for lesson planning and record-keeping.
- Certification in early childhood education is an advantage.
