Responsibility
- Deliver high-quality, one-on-one English lessons to students of varying proficiency levels via our interactive online platform.
- Follow structured lesson plans while adapting teaching methods to meet individual student needs and learning styles.
- Provide constructive feedback and progress reports to students and parents to ensure continuous improvement.
- Utilize digital teaching tools (e.g., whiteboards, chat, video) to create an engaging and effective virtual classroom experience.

Qualifications
- Native or near-native English proficiency (neutral accent preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree in any field (Education, Linguistics, or related fields are a plus).
- Minimum 1 year of teaching experience (online or offline), or equivalent experience in tutoring, coaching, or public speaking.
- TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certification is highly advantageous (not mandatory for all candidates).
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, well-lit workspace with a professional background.
- Comfortable using video conferencing tools (e.g., Zoom, proprietary platforms) and basic digital teaching aids.
