Responsibility
- Deliver one-on-one and small-group English lessons to Korean professionals via our online platform.
- Design and adapt customized lesson plans based on students’ proficiency levels, goals, and learning styles.
- Utilize interactive teaching tools (e.g., digital whiteboards, multimedia resources) to enhance engagement.
- Provide constructive feedback and progress reports to students and internal teams.
- Prepare and grade assessments, quizzes, and assignments to track student development.
- Maintain professional communication with students, parents (if applicable), and administrative staff.
- Stay updated on ESL best practices and incorporate modern pedagogical techniques.
- Adhere to company policies and teaching standards to ensure consistency and quality.
Qualifications
- Native-level English proficiency (required) with clear, neutral accent.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Linguistics, English, or related fields (preferred).
- Minimum 1–2 years of ESL teaching experience (online or in-person).
- Certification in TEFL, TESOL, or CELTA (highly advantageous).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with adult learners.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, professional home office setup.
- Familiarity with virtual teaching platforms (Zoom, Google Meet, proprietary tools).
- Cultural sensitivity and adaptability to work with Korean students and business professionals.
