Responsibility
- Deliver engaging lectures and practical sessions in sports science, including anatomy, physiology, biomechanics, and nutrition.
- Develop and update course content, ensuring alignment with industry trends and academic standards.
- Provide academic support and mentorship to students, fostering a collaborative learning environment.
- Design and manage assessments, including exams, projects, and practical evaluations.
- Collaborate with industry partners to facilitate internships, guest lectures, and research opportunities.
- Participate in faculty meetings, curriculum reviews, and institutional accreditation processes.
- Conduct research or publish scholarly work to enhance the academy’s academic reputation.
- Organize and supervise extracurricular activities, such as sports events or wellness programs.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Sports Science, Exercise Physiology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience at the tertiary level or equivalent industry experience.
- Strong knowledge of sports science principles, research methodologies, and practical applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse student groups.
- Experience in curriculum development and assessment design.
- Familiarity with digital learning tools and educational technology.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are a plus.
