Responsibility
- Develop and implement academic programs and curricula aligned with institutional goals and industry standards.
- Coordinate with faculty to design engaging learning activities, visual aids, and instructional materials.
- Monitor and evaluate student progress, providing data-driven insights to enhance learning outcomes.
- Lead faculty training and professional development initiatives to ensure high teaching standards.
- Collaborate with administrative teams to manage academic schedules, resources, and compliance requirements.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that supports student success and well-being.
- Conduct regular assessments of academic programs and recommend improvements based on feedback and performance metrics.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in academic coordination, curriculum development, or teaching in a similar role.
- Strong leadership and project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with faculty, students, and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in educational technology tools and learning management systems (LMS).
