Responsibility
- Lead the development and implementation of new educational initiatives under the SGH Campus Education Office, ensuring alignment with institutional goals and industry standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including medical professionals, educators, and administrators, to design comprehensive and innovative training programs.
- Oversee the evaluation and continuous improvement of educational programs, utilizing data-driven insights to enhance effectiveness and relevance.
- Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with local and international academic institutions, healthcare organizations, and industry leaders.
- Manage budgets, resources, and timelines for educational projects, ensuring efficient and high-quality delivery.
- Develop and implement digital learning solutions, including e-learning platforms, virtual simulations, and other technology-enhanced educational tools.
- Represent SGH at conferences, workshops, and other professional forums to promote the institution’s educational initiatives and foster collaboration.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and proposals to communicate progress, outcomes, and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field. A Master’s degree is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in educational program development, project management, or a related role within the healthcare or academic sector.
- Proven track record of successfully leading and implementing educational initiatives, with a focus on innovation and measurable outcomes.
- Strong understanding of healthcare education trends, accreditation standards, and best practices in curriculum design.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in digital learning tools, project management software, and data analysis applications.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment with a high degree of autonomy and accountability.
- Fluency in English is required; additional language skills, particularly in Indonesian or Mandarin, are a plus.
