Responsibility
- Develop and implement comprehensive learning and assessment strategies aligned with institutional goals and academic standards.
- Collaborate with faculty and program directors to design, review, and enhance curriculum and instructional materials.
- Lead the integration of educational technologies and digital learning tools to optimize student engagement and outcomes.
- Conduct regular evaluations of learning programs, gathering feedback from stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.
- Provide training and professional development opportunities for faculty and staff on best practices in teaching and assessment.
- Oversee the development of assessment frameworks, ensuring alignment with learning objectives and industry benchmarks.
- Monitor and analyze academic performance data to identify trends and recommend data-driven improvements.
- Foster partnerships with external organizations to enhance program relevance and industry alignment.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field; a PhD is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in academic program development, instructional design, or learning management.
- Proven expertise in curriculum design, assessment methodologies, and educational technology integration.
- Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to drive cross-functional initiatives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
- Experience in data analysis and the use of learning management systems (LMS).
- Familiarity with accreditation standards and quality assurance processes in higher education.
