Responsibility
- Conduct one-on-one or small group English lessons for Korean professionals via our online platform.
- Develop and deliver customized lesson plans based on students’ proficiency levels and learning goals.
- Focus on business English, conversation practice, and professional communication skills.
- Provide constructive feedback and track student progress to ensure continuous improvement.
- Utilize interactive teaching methods (e.g., role-playing, discussions, and multimedia resources) to enhance engagement.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, lesson notes, and student performance.
- Collaborate with the academic team to refine curriculum materials and teaching strategies.
- Adhere to company policies, scheduling guidelines, and professional standards.
Qualifications
- Native-level English proficiency (required).
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Linguistics, English, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 1 year of ESL teaching experience (online or offline); TEFL/TESOL certification is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a patient, encouraging teaching style.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, professional home office setup.
- Availability to teach during Korean peak hours (flexible schedules, including evenings/weekends).
- Familiarity with virtual teaching tools (Zoom, Google Classroom, etc.) and digital lesson resources.
- Passion for cross-cultural exchange and helping students achieve their language goals.
