Responsibility
- Conduct one-on-one and group English lessons for Korean professionals via video conferencing.
- Develop and customize lesson plans based on students' proficiency levels and learning goals.
- Provide constructive feedback to help students improve their speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills.
- Utilize digital teaching tools and resources to enhance the learning experience.
- Monitor and track student progress, adjusting teaching methods as needed.
- Maintain a professional and engaging online classroom environment.
- Collaborate with the academic team to refine curriculum and teaching materials.
- Participate in training sessions and professional development opportunities.
Qualifications
- Native English speaker with a neutral accent.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Linguistics, or a related field (preferred).
- TEFL/TESOL certification or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience teaching English as a Second Language (ESL).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, professional workspace.
- Proficiency in using online teaching platforms and digital tools.
- Flexibility to accommodate students in different time zones.
