As a Medical Staffing Recruiter, youâll leverage your expertise in talent acquisition to source, screen, and place qualified candidates in critical healthcare roles. Responsibility
- Talent Sourcing: Identify and engage qualified healthcare professionals (nurses, physicians, therapists, etc.) through job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Candidate Screening: Conduct phone/ video interviews to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit for medical roles.
- Client Collaboration: Partner with U.S. healthcare facilities to understand staffing needs and present tailored candidate slates.
- Compliance & Onboarding: Ensure candidates meet licensing, certification, and background check requirements; facilitate smooth onboarding processes.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust talent pipeline using ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and CRM tools to track candidate progress.
- Market Research: Stay updated on healthcare industry trends, salary benchmarks, and in-demand specialties to inform recruitment strategies.
- Negotiation & Offers: Coordinate job offers, including salary discussions, contract terms, and relocation assistance (if applicable).
- Performance Metrics: Meet weekly/monthly placement targets and report on key KPIs (e.g., time-to-fill, candidate retention).
Qualifications
- Recruitment Experience: Minimum 2+ years in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in healthcare, staffing, or high-volume hiring.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with medical roles (e.g., RN, LPN, CNA, Physician Assistants) and U.S. healthcare compliance standards.
- Communication Skills: Fluent English (written/verbal) with the ability to build rapport with candidates and clients across time zones.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in ATS (e.g., Jobvite, Greenhouse), LinkedIn Recruiter, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
- Time Management: Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced, remote environment.
- Sales Acumen: Strong persuasion and negotiation skills to close candidates and clients effectively.
- Bachelorâs Degree: Preferred in HR, Business, or related fields; equivalent experience considered.
