Responsibility
- Design, implement, and optimize CRM and marketing automation workflows to nurture leads, improve customer retention, and drive conversions.
- Develop and execute segmentation strategies to deliver personalized and targeted marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, and customer support) to align CRM strategies with business goals.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or Salesforce, and provide actionable insights for optimization.
- Leverage AI and machine learning to enhance marketing automation, predictive analytics, and customer behavior modeling.
- Create and manage A/B tests for email campaigns, landing pages, and automation workflows to improve engagement and conversion rates.
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and other data privacy regulations in all CRM and automation processes.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing automation and CRM.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (2+ years) in marketing automation, CRM management, or digital marketing, with a focus on lead nurturing and customer retention.
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or similar tools.
- Proficiency in email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, Klaviyo) and marketing automation workflows.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate reports, and derive actionable insights using tools like Google Analytics, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Familiarity with AI and machine learning applications in marketing, such as predictive analytics, chatbots, or dynamic content personalization.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to craft compelling marketing messages and reports.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote work environment.
- Experience working with global teams and clients is a plus.
