Responsibility
- Assist in developing and executing product launch strategies for medical endoscopy devices in the Indonesian market.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive insights.
- Collaborate with sales teams to provide product training and support to healthcare professionals.
- Coordinate with marketing to create compelling product collateral and promotional materials.
- Monitor product performance and gather feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Support regulatory and compliance activities related to product launches.
- Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and healthcare institutions.
- Assist in organizing and participating in medical conferences, trade shows, and product demonstrations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in product management, marketing, or sales within the medical device or healthcare industry.
- Strong understanding of medical endoscopy products and their applications.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proven ability to analyze market data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization.
- Willingness to travel within Indonesia as needed.
