Responsibility
- Develop and execute data-driven ecommerce strategies to increase online sales, conversion rates, and customer lifetime value.
- Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM, social media, email, and affiliate channels.
- Oversee the end-to-end ecommerce platform, including UX/UI improvements, A/B testing, and checkout optimization.
- Collaborate with creative and content teams to produce high-impact digital assets (photos, videos, copy) aligned with brand guidelines.
- Analyze performance metrics (Google Analytics, CRM, etc.) and provide actionable insights to refine marketing spend and ROI.
- Build and nurture partnerships with influencers, marketplaces, and digital agencies to expand brand reach.
- Lead customer retention programs, including loyalty initiatives, personalized promotions, and CRM automation.
- Stay ahead of ecommerce and digital trends, particularly in fashion, to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Business, Ecommerce, or related fields; MBA is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in ecommerce/digital marketing, preferably in fashion, luxury, or retail.
- Proven track record of driving online revenue growth through paid and organic channels.
- Expertise in Google Analytics, Meta Ads, Google Ads, and SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs).
- Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce) and CRM systems.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-first mindset.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Indonesian or other Southeast Asian languages is a bonus.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with a passion for fashion and digital innovation.
