Responsibility
- Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify growth opportunities in Bali’s key regions (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.).
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies tailored to local consumer behavior and competitive landscapes.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to align road-to-market initiatives with business objectives.
- Monitor and evaluate market trends, demand patterns, and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
- Build and maintain relationships with local distributors, retailers, and partners to expand market reach.
- Design and implement promotional campaigns and trade activations to drive product adoption.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations on market performance, ROI, and growth projections.
- Identify and mitigate barriers to market entry through innovative solutions and stakeholder engagement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in market development, trade marketing, or a similar role.
- Proven track record in analyzing market data, identifying trends, and developing actionable insights.
- Strong understanding of Bali’s regional market dynamics (preferred).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau) and CRM systems.
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; additional local language skills are a plus.
