Responsibility

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive digital strategy aligned with business goals, focusing on ROI-driven growth across Bali’s key markets.
  • Lead, mentor, and scale a cross-functional digital team (SEO, paid media, content, and social) to deliver high-impact campaigns.
  • Oversee performance marketing (PPC, programmatic, meta ads) with a data-first approach, optimizing spend and conversion rates.
  • Drive SEO and organic growth initiatives, including keyword strategy, technical SEO, and local SEO for Bali-based audiences.
  • Collaborate with creative and product teams to ensure brand consistency and compelling digital experiences.
  • Analyze KPIs and metrics (CTR, CAC, LTV) to refine strategies and report insights to senior leadership.
  • Stay ahead of digital trends (AI, automation, emerging platforms) and implement innovative solutions.
  • Manage agency and vendor relationships to augment in-house capabilities.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role (agency or in-house).
  • Proven track record of scaling digital performance in competitive markets (Bali/SEA experience is a plus).
  • Expertise in Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, SEMrush/Ahrefs, and marketing automation tools.
  • Strong data analysis skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and BI tools (e.g., Tableau).
  • Exceptional project management and stakeholder communication skills.
  • Deep understanding of UX/UI principles and how they impact digital conversion.
  • Fluency in English (Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous).
  • Passion for mentorship and team development in a fast-paced environment.
