Responsibility

  • Strategic Campaign Leadership: Develop and execute end-to-end digital marketing strategies aligned with client objectives, including SEO, PPC, email, and social media.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor, analyze, and report on KPIs (ROI, CTR, conversion rates) using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and HubSpot to optimize campaigns.
  • Content & Brand Storytelling: Oversee the creation of compelling, on-brand content (blogs, videos, ads) that resonates with target audiences and drives engagement.
  • Paid Media Management: Plan and manage paid advertising budgets across platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn) to maximize reach and conversions.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with clients, designers, and developers to ensure cohesive, high-impact digital experiences.
  • Market Research: Conduct competitive analysis and trend forecasting to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
  • Team Mentorship: Guide junior marketers and interns, fostering a culture of continuous learning and excellence.

Qualifications

  • Proven Experience: 5+ years in digital marketing, with a track record of leading successful campaigns for B2B or B2C brands.
  • Analytics Mastery: Proficiency in Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • SEO & SEM Expertise: Deep understanding of on-page/off-page SEO, keyword research, and paid search strategies.
  • Social Media Savvy: Experience growing audiences and engagement on platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Content Strategy: Ability to develop and execute content calendars, A/B test creatives, and measure impact.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong project management and team coordination abilities in a remote or hybrid setting.
