Responsibility
- Meta Ads Management: Plan, execute, and optimize high-impact Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns to achieve KPIs (CTR, CPA, ROAS).
- Performance Analysis: Monitor campaign performance using Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and other tools to refine targeting, bidding, and creative strategies.
- Audience Segmentation: Develop and test audience personas, lookalike audiences, and retargeting funnels to improve conversion rates.
- Content Collaboration: Work with designers and copywriters to produce compelling ad creatives (images, videos, carousels) aligned with brand guidelines.
- Budget Optimization: Allocate and adjust ad spend across campaigns to maximize efficiency and scalability.
- Reporting & Insights: Generate weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
- Trend Research: Stay ahead of digital marketing trends, Meta algorithm updates, and competitor strategies.
- Cross-Channel Synergy: Integrate Meta Ads with other channels (Google Ads, email, SEO) for a cohesive marketing strategy.
Qualifications
- Proven Experience: 2+ years in Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) management with a track record of scaling performance campaigns.
- Meta Certification: Meta Blueprint or Google Analytics certification is a plus.
- Analytical Mindset: Proficiency in interpreting data (e.g., conversion tracking, pixel events, attribution models).
- Tool Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics 4, and A/B testing tools.
- Creative Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot underperforming campaigns and pivot strategies quickly.
- Communication Skills: Fluent English (written & verbal) to collaborate with international teams.
- Portfolio: Examples of past campaigns (e.g., case studies, ROI metrics) are highly encouraged.
- Bali-Based: Must be located in or willing to relocate to Bali, Indonesia (remote work within Bali is negotiable).
