Responsibility
- Develop and execute trade marketing strategies to enhance brand presence in retail channels across Bali.
- Plan and coordinate offline activation campaigns, including in-store promotions, product launches, and trade events.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and distribution teams to align trade activities with business objectives.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using KPIs (e.g., sales lift, ROI, foot traffic) and provide actionable insights.
- Manage relationships with retail partners, distributors, and vendors to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
- Design and implement visual merchandising standards to optimize product placement and consumer engagement.
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, and reports for trade marketing activities, ensuring cost efficiency.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to refine strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in trade marketing, retail marketing, or FMCG industry.
- Proven track record in planning and executing offline marketing campaigns with measurable results.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data tools (e.g., Excel, Google Analytics, CRM).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Familiarity with Bali’s retail landscape and consumer markets is highly advantageous.
- Creative problem-solver with a results-driven mindset and attention to detail.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; additional local languages are a bonus.
